Am I buying an insurance policy?
No. We are a document conversion service. We use the details from your existing insurance certificate to produce a document in Green Card format. We do not sell or arrange insurance and we do not provide any new cover.
What do I need to get started?
Your existing insurance certificate, vehicle registration, policy dates and number, insurer details, and the names and address of the drivers shown on your policy. Only provide information that matches your existing policy.
Does this cover me in Türkiye?
No. Türkiye (TR) remains excluded on this document. Conversion does not add any country to your cover. Contact your insurer to confirm the countries and dates covered by your policy before travelling.
How will I receive my document?
Your PDF is available in your account once payment is confirmed and document generation is complete. If you select a postal package, you will also receive a printed copy at the UK delivery address you provide.
What if I notice a mistake?
Check every detail before checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us with your order reference so we can review it. Do not rely on a document with incorrect information.
