We collect your name, email address and account credentials when you register. When you apply, we collect your vehicle registration and details, insurance policy information, insurer and signatory details, named driver information, policy address and any delivery address you provide.

How this information is used

We use these details to manage your account, prepare your requested document, process and reconcile payments, deliver your order and respond to support requests. We also keep order activity and security records to protect accounts and investigate problems.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes your payment. We receive payment identifiers and status information to match the payment to your order. We do not ask you to enter your card number on our own forms. PayPal’s own privacy notice applies to information you provide to PayPal.

Hosting, email and postal service providers process the information needed to operate the service and deliver your order. Only supply personal information that you are entitled to use for this conversion.

Accounts, cookies and storage

Essential session and security cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. If you select “Remember me”, an additional cookie allows a longer sign-in period. Documents and certificate information are stored privately; access requires an authorised account. Keep your account password confidential.

Your information and requests
