Every package includes your PDF.
Once payment is confirmed and document preparation is complete, your PDF will be available in your account. We also send an email with a link to your document. Sign in to access it securely.
Choose how you receive it
- Digital PDF — £10.00: Your PDF, ready to download.
- PDF + Standard Post — £15.00: Digital access and a printed copy.
- PDF + Express Post — £25.00: Digital access and priority delivery.
Postal delivery
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Postal delivery starts after payment confirmation and document preparation. Express delivery should not be treated as a guarantee of next-day arrival from the time you place your order. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed departure deadline.
Check your UK delivery address carefully. You can see the delivery status and any recorded tracking reference in your account.
A problem with your order?
If your document contains a mistake, your printed copy has not arrived, or you want to ask about cancellation or a refund, contact us with your order reference and an explanation. Requests are reviewed against the order’s payment, processing and dispatch status. A request does not automatically cancel or refund an order.
