The details behind our document conversion service.
What you are purchasing
We are not an insurance company. We do not sell or arrange insurance. Instant Green Card converts the information on your existing insurance certificate into the Green Card document format. No new cover is provided.
Your payment is for document conversion and, where selected, printing and postal delivery. It is not an insurance premium. Conversion does not change your insurer, add insured drivers, extend dates or add countries to your policy.
Your existing cover
You must have an existing valid insurance policy and confirm directly with your insurer that it covers your intended journey. This document does not cover Türkiye (TR). Your existing policy determines cover. Do not assume a country is covered because of its geographical location or membership of a political union.
Information you provide
Copy your vehicle, policy, insurer, signatory and driver details accurately from your current certificate. Only include drivers and dates covered by your policy. Providing signatory details does not create permission to act on behalf of an insurer. You are responsible for checking your information before checkout and reporting any errors promptly.
Prices and payment
Available packages and current prices are displayed on the home page and application form. The selected price is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by PayPal. Documents become available only after payment is independently confirmed and document preparation is complete.
Access and delivery
Create an account using an email address you control, verify that address and keep your password private. Your document is accessed through your account. Postal options and delivery estimates are explained on our delivery page.
Corrections, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction, wish to cancel, or believe a payment was incorrect. Include your order reference. We will review the request with the processing and delivery status of your order. If a document has incorrect details, do not rely on it while the issue is being resolved.
